Please note that headband holders may vary slightly in length from the advertised size by up to 0.5 inches. What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, and we will refund the full purchase price. Please send a note indicating you would like to return the product and we will provide an RMA number and return address for our warehouse.

We would ask that in your email you provide candid feedback on why you are returning the product, so we can make the experience (and product) better for others in the future. Of course, if you choose not to provide feedback, we will still honor the return.

Please note, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for the return shipping. It is your responsibility to return the product, and once we have received the product you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If the item arrives broken, please contact us promptly for a resolution.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping prices vary depending on where you are located and the weight of the order. For reference, a 12 inch Original Headband Hanger weighs about 1 pound including the box and shipping materials.

We ship most everything through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with shipping times varying from 2 days to 7 days depending on where you are located. Please see the USPS website for more details at: www.usps.com. We usually ship within 24 hours to 72 hours of order placement.

Our shipping prices are included on the website after you have made your selections and before you are required to pay if there are any charges.

Rush Orders

If you need an order to be shipped faster than Parcel Post, please send us an email. In most cases, the order can be shipped faster provided you are willing to pay for the additional shipping costs (which can be substantial). We will do our best to accommodate you!
